1. Agreement
By accessing or using the Krew mobile application, mykrew.online website, or related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum digital-consent age that applies where you live. You must provide accurate information, use a phone number you are authorized to use, protect your device and profile-space passcodes, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. License to use Krew
Subject to these terms, Krew grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for its intended communication and sharing features. Krew and its licensors retain all rights in the app, design, software, trademarks, and Service.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Krew a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and format that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service and deliver it to the audience you select. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for backup, legal, safety, and recipient-copy limitations described in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to share your content and that doing so does not violate law or another person’s rights.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Krew to:
- Break the law, facilitate crime, threaten safety, or violate another person’s rights.
- Harass, exploit, impersonate, defraud, spam, or distribute unlawful, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
- Upload malware, probe security, bypass access controls, scrape the Service, or interfere with its operation.
- Access another person’s account or private profile space without authorization.
- Misuse calls, location, contacts, screenshots, or private content.
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
6. Safety, moderation, and enforcement
You can block users and delete eligible content using available controls. We may investigate reports, restrict distribution, remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, or comply with law. We are not required to monitor every communication.
7. Privacy and permissions
Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices. Features such as contacts matching, media capture, calls, notifications, and location sharing require device permissions. You control those permissions, but denying one may disable the related feature.
8. Third-party services
Krew relies on third-party infrastructure and may link to services such as map applications. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. Krew is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
9. Updates and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and release app updates. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, network conditions, security events, or circumstances beyond our control. You are responsible for installing legitimate updates and maintaining a compatible device and connection.
10. No emergency service
Krew is not a telephone carrier, emergency service, or guaranteed real-time communications system. Do not rely on Krew to contact police, fire, ambulance, or other emergency services.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free or completely secure service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krew and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from the Service. Any aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid Krew in the preceding 12 months or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
13. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Krew from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your material breach of these terms.
14. Termination and deletion
You may stop using Krew at any time and request account deletion through the account-deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, safety risk, legal requirements, or prolonged service discontinuation. Provisions that logically survive termination will continue to apply.
15. Governing rules and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Krew’s operator, without overriding mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Before filing a formal claim, you and Krew agree to try to resolve the issue informally by written notice. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear unresolved disputes unless applicable law requires another forum.
16. App marketplace terms
Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for Krew or its support. Your use of Krew must also comply with the rules of the marketplace from which you obtained it. To the extent required by Apple’s standard terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms as they relate to your licensed use of the iOS app.
17. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version with an updated date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to support@mykrew.online.
